Laughter Yoga is a powerful practice that combines laughter exercises with yogic deep breathing techniques. This unique training is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge to lead laughter yoga sessions and bring boundless joy, stress relief, and well-being to yourself and others.
This is a 3 Day workshop That starts Friday Evening Online,
Saterday and Sunday in person from 10-6 with an hour lunch break.
